Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing the 7999 platform, completing registration, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and apply to all members registered on 7999. Members must be at least 18 years of age before using any service. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the platform.
7999 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
Account Creation & Security
To register at 7999, members must provide accurate and complete information. Creating an account with false details is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and may result in account termination.
- Each member may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- Members are solely responsible for keeping their account password and login credentials strictly confidential.
- Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to the 7999 support team immediately.
- Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before processing large withdrawals.
- Transferring or selling account ownership is strictly prohibited.
7999 will not be held responsible for any account security breach if a member shares their login credentials with others or fails to take appropriate security measures.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
While using the 7999 platform, members must comply with the following rules:
- Attempting to hack any platform system or exploit any vulnerability is strictly prohibited.
- Fraudulent activity or collusion against other members is strictly prohibited.
- Automated betting or gameplay via bots is strictly prohibited.
- Illegal activities or transactions intended for money laundering on the platform are strictly prohibited.
- Abusing bonuses or promotions — such as collecting bonuses through multiple accounts — constitutes a violation of the Terms and Conditions.
In the event of any violation of the above rules, 7999 reserves the right to suspend or close the relevant account without notice and may forfeit any associated balance.
Payment & Transaction Policy
All financial transactions on 7999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following policies apply to all deposits and withdrawals:
- Only approved payment channels on the platform (such as bKash, Nagad) may be used for deposits and withdrawals.
- Deposits must be made only from a payment account held in the member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
- Withdrawal requests will be processed within the designated timeframe once the verification process is complete.
- The required wagering conditions must be met before withdrawing any balance derived from bonuses.
- Minimum and maximum deposit or withdrawal limits are set in accordance with the rules stated in the platform's financial transactions section.
If a technical error or discrepancy occurs in any transaction, 7999 reserves the right to cancel or correct that transaction. In cases of fraudulent transactions, the relevant law enforcement authorities may be notified.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
7999 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
- If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is violated.
- If a member fails to respond to an identity verification request.
- If evidence of fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions is found.
- If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
- As required by legal or regulatory authorities.
Members may also request account closure at any time. It is the member's responsibility to withdraw all eligible balances before the account is closed. Any unwithdrawn bonus balance remaining in a closed account may be forfeited.
Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
7999 is not liable for the following:
- Any loss caused by internet disconnection, server issues, or technical errors.
- Unauthorized account access resulting from the member's own negligence.
- Any issues arising from the use of third-party services.
- Any financial loss resulting from betting or game outcomes.
All content, designs, logos, software, and trademarks on the 7999 platform are the exclusive intellectual property of 7999. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any of these materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.
7999 is not responsible for the content of any third-party links or references on the platform. These links are provided for informational purposes only, and 7999 does not endorse the activities of any third party.
Changes to Terms & Communication
7999 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated date will be reflected on this page following any changes.
For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify members via their registered contact details, though this is not guaranteed. It is the member's own responsibility to stay updated on the latest version of the Terms and Conditions.
